The journey back to self is rarely gentle… but it is always sacred.
I did not arrive at this work through study alone. I arrived through experience… through breaking, searching, and choosing to rise again.
Guide, witness, and fellow traveller on the path of remembering.
I was not broken. I was becoming.
About me
At the age of seven, life introduced me to fragility through a skiing accident. It was my first encounter with the body’s limits… and its quiet resilience.
But it was only the beginning.
In 2009, everything changed.
I contracted Lyme disease and spent months bedridden. My body felt like it no longer belonged to me. I endured intense pain, deep exhaustion, and a darkness that touched both body and mind.
The medical path offered aggressive treatment, including prolonged courses of Doxycycline, which led to severe Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction. There were days I could not even tie my own shoelaces.
At my lowest point, my father gently pointed me toward something unconventional… something I had never considered before: frequency-based healing. That moment opened a door I didn’t even know existed.
Through Rife therapy, I began to witness something extraordinary. The body could respond… not just to chemicals, but to energy, frequency, and vibration.
And slowly… I began to return.
A successful life on the outside
While healing, I continued building what looked like a successful life on the outside. A corporate career in Human Resources technology led me to work with global tech leaders, eventually closing my chapter in cybersecurity.
Yet beneath the titles and achievements, something remained unsettled. A quiet knowing whispered:
For years, I felt like I was standing in a world that did not quite recognise me… and perhaps more truthfully, a world where I had not yet recognised myself.
In 2022, that whisper became a roar.
I reached a place of deep desperation… feeling bound by patterns that no longer served me, particularly my relationship with alcohol and cigarettes. It was no longer about coping. It was about freedom.
That year marked a conscious decision: to stop searching outside… and begin the journey inward.
In October 2023, I underwent an Iboga ceremony. What followed was not easy. It was raw, confronting, and at times overwhelming. A descent into shadow. A series of dark nights of the soul.
Awakening, then embodiment
There is the moment of awakening… and then there is the path of embodiment.
Step by step, I began to reconnect with my true nature. Not as an idea, but as a lived experience. A return to the body. A return to truth. A return to spirit.
My faith deepened. My connection to Christ-consciousness became a living, guiding force. And I came to understand something profound:
This path has not been easy. At times, it has been deeply lonely. And that is why I do what I do today.
Why I do this work
I stand as both guide and witness for those who are ready to return to themselves… not through force, but through alignment. Not through fixing, but through remembering.
Because no one should have to walk this path alone.
My Promise
Not by giving you answers… but by helping you find your own.
Reconnect
I help you reconnect with your body’s wisdom — the intelligence that has always been speaking, waiting to be heard.
Release
I help you release what no longer belongs to you — the patterns, stories, and weights you were never meant to carry.
Remember
I help you remember who you truly are — not as an idea, but as a lived, embodied return to self.
If something in this story spoke to you…
You do not need to have it all figured out. You only need the willingness to begin. I would be honoured to walk part of the way with you.
Be well with your being · with love from Mesha
